Everyone loves to see beautiful flower gardens and landscaping around the city, especially in Hawaii. Seeing a fast and flashy way to enhance his image, Jeremy planted flowers and shrubs up and down the Ala Wai, and here, and there and everywhere. Who could possibly object? Initially for the photo-op it all looks great, but then reality sets in.
